SHIPPING & RETURNS
ORDERS Within NZ
All orders that are placed from a New Zealand address will be dispatched within two working days.
All NZ orders will be sent with Courier Track and Trace.
All standard shipping orders will take up to five working days (excluding rural orders.) If you do not receive your order within this timeframe, please let me know at aliceblockdesign@gmail.com!
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders will take between two-three weeks from when the order is placed. If you do not receive your order within this timeframe, please let me know at hello@aliceblock.com!
Shipping costs are calculated through the checkout process.
RETURN POLICY
Once your purchase is completed, you have 28 days to return your item/s. After this timeframe, unfortunately I will not be able to offer you an exchange or refund. To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be unused and in it’s original packaging that it was sent in. Proof of purchase or receipt will be needed in order to complete the return.
If you choose to return your item, I will offer you an online credit or you can exchange your print for another artwork on the website. Please note that I unfortunately do not offer full refunds for a change of mind.
If your print arrives and it is damaged, please flick me an email at aliceblockdesign@gmail.com with photos of your order and proof of purchase. I will contact you within 24-48 hours and organise for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible!
